JCCs of North America 2010 Biennial

WITH THE RIGHT TOOLS, ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE

This year is different. JCCs are facing challenges they have never faced before. We recognize the problems you’re confronting, and in response we have re-designed the Biennial Convention to develop strategies to deal with the future head-on. Through experience and example, our Biennial will inspire you to imagine the possibilities, and will show you how to achieve them.

Who Should Attend?

All members of your delegation will grow as leaders, and will bring back important knowledge to benefit your JCC.

Each JCC should bring a core delegation of at least five leaders. The Biennial will feature specific programming for each of these cohorts:

President
Incoming president
Immediate past president (advanced leaders)
Esther Leah Ritz Next Generation Leadership Awardee(s) (your up-and-coming leadership)
Executive director

In addition, all JCC board members will benefit from attending, especially committee chairs who can take advantage of in-depth learning tracks in:

fitness/wellness

early childhood
arts and culture

adults
social action
Jewish education
governance
strategic planning

What is the Biennial?

The JCCs of North America 2010 Biennial Convention is the forum where JCC leaders convene to learn, share, grow and get energized about their passion for the JCC.
