Size of City Breakouts – Beyond the Biennial

Reflect on what you’ve heard over the last several days, and discuss how to take that and apply it to your JCC in a focused way.

Choose from either of these Size of City Breakouts:

1. Marshalling Human, Financial and Creative Resources

Delegates will be able to discuss with peers from like-size communities the challenges and opportunities they face in marshalling resources for their JCCs. This is an opportunity to both share your practices and learn from other JCCs.

2. Strategic Direction

JCC Leaders have been invited to the "conversation" about strategic direction for the JCC Movement, and several recommendations are being presented at the Biennial. Delegates will have the opportunity to discuss the opportunities and challenges to their communities and in groups of similar-sized JCCs. Comments and reactions will be used to further develop and refine the direction.
